This is an incredibly rare original lacquer Selmer Balanced Action Tenor Saxophone in the most desirable BA serial range of 29xxx. It's American engraved and has been well cared for over the years. It does have it's fair share of repairs from the past including a corrected neck pull down, but this is very common on a near 100 year old saxophone. I'd be glad to go over everything I see and send more pictures to any interested buyers. Finding an original lacquer 29xxx BA Tenor is a near impossible feat these days. I've only seen about 3 or 4 in the past 5 years come up for sale including this one. This horn is playing well enough to make anyone interested a detailed sound clip, but could use some work to get it into top shape. If it were mine, I'd overhaul it and be done for the next 20 or so years, but it's possible to play condition the instrument and make it very gig ready.
